What is the Ravensburger Club?
The Ravensburger Club is our exclusive bonus program where you collect loyalty points for every purchase in our Ravensburger online store. You can later convert these points into exciting discounts and rewards. As a Club member, you also benefit from special advantages such as birthday vouchers, double points promotions and more.
How exactly does the points system work?
For every dollar spent, you receive 10 points or vice versa: 100 points are worth $1, 1000 points are worth $10 etc. Example: An order of $50 generates 500 points, 500 points have an equivalent value of $5.
You can either redeem the points you have collected directly on your next order; in the example above, you would then receive a $5 discount on your next order. Or you can collect your points until you have enough points to unlock an exclusive offer. You can find all our points offers in your account under “Ravensburger Club”.
If a reward has been redeemed (e.g. 1000 points for a free product), your points balance will be reduced by the number of points you have redeemed for the reward.
All points must be redeemed in a single transaction. Partial point redemptions aren’t supported.
What happens to the points I have collected so far from the Ravensburger Points Club?
If you have already collected points in the old loyalty points program as a Ravensburger Points Club member, you can reactivate them in the new Ravensburger Club. You will automatically receive an e-mail with your current points balance and a link that you can use to have your points credited to your account. You can also log into your account.
How can I view my points balance?
In your customer account and the “Ravensburger Club” area, you can check the current status of your loyalty points at any time and see how many loyalty points you have earned and spent.
Do all products qualify for point redemption?
No. Exclusions appy. Select products may not be eligible for point redemption.
