How to Enter an EQL Launch:

Step 1: Follow the link to the EQL launch page.
Step 2: Log into your EQL account (or create one if you’re new).
Step 3: Enter your shipping and payment details carefully.
Step 4: Review and verify your information.
Step 5: Click “Submit” — your entry is now confirmed!

Payment & Entry Questions

Am I charged to enter?
No. There is no cost to enter a launch and no hold on your card. Payment info is required to verify your identity and process your order if selected.  Please note: having your entry selected does not guarantee your order.

Can I cancel my entry?

  • Before the entry window closes: Yes! Go to the launch page, click “Cancel my entry,” and follow the prompts.
  • After the entry window closes: No. You’ve committed to purchase if selected.

Can I enter more than once?
Only one entry per person per product is allowed. You may enter launches from other brands or retailers for the same item without penalty.

Order Status & Shipping

How do I know if I won?
If you're selected, you'll get an email from EQL letting you know you’ve won, followed by a separate order confirmation from Ravensburger. Fulfillment and shipping will follow Ravensburger's standard terms and conditions.

When will my order ship?
Each launch will list an estimated ship date.

Why was my entry not successful? 

If your entry was not successful, it means that your entry was not selected.

When will I get tracking info?
Tracking will be emailed once your order ships. Shipping windows vary by launch, so some orders may take longer to fulfill.

How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
It will show as “RVG LORCANA US” for your Ravensburger order.

Order Issues & Modifications

I was selected, but my order didn’t process. Why?
Being selected does not guarantee your order will be processed. In some cases, orders are rejected due to payment issues—such as suspected fraud, insufficient funds, or incomplete information.

At this time, EQL does not send a notification if payment fails, but your bank may. Unfortunately, Ravensburger cannot hold inventory when a payment fails, and the order is automatically canceled.

I made an error with my credit card. Can I fix it?
Unfortunately, no. To update payment details, you’ll need to cancel your entry (if the window is still open) and re-enter with the correct info.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once submitted, shipping addresses cannot be changed. You must cancel and re-enter before the window closes to update your address.

We cannot reship or reroute returned packages. Refunds will be issued once the item returns to our warehouse.

I was charged multiple times. Is this a mistake?
You may have won multiple items. Charges will appear separately, but the shipping fee is combined into the first transaction. If anything looks off, contact our customer service team.

Can I modify my order after submission?
Orders cannot be modified once submitted. To make changes, please cancel your existing order (before the entry window closes) and submit a new one with the correct information.

Refunds & Returns

Can I request a refund after confirming my order?
Won an item but need to request a refund? Reach out to our customer service team. Please note that return eligibility varies by launch and will be listed on the product page.

Can I request a replacement?
We review all damage and defect claims on a case-by-case basis. While we do our best to help, replacements are not guaranteed.

What if I need to cancel before I’m selected?
You can cancel anytime before the entry window closes by logging into your EQL account and withdrawing your entry.

🛡️ What is the Run Fair® Fee?

The Run Fair® Fee is a small charge applied only to winners of EQL launches. This fee supports the technology behind a safer, more equitable shopping experience:

  • Bot protection – Compensates for the advanced systems that detect and block automated entries (about 34% of all entries are from bots or cheaters).
  • Enhanced security – Helps maintain EQL’s high standards for protecting your personal and financial information.
  • Smooth experience – Eliminates site crashes, long queues, and login issues during high-traffic drops.
  • Improved chances – Powers EQL’s EQLizer technology, which increases your odds of winning in future launches.

Who is charged this fee?
The fee is only charged to those who successfully and fairly secure a product through an EQL launch. EQL does not think it's right that everyone should have to pay just for the chance to participate or to increase their chances for future launches.

How will it show on my bank statement?
It appears as a separate charge from EQL.

Where can I find the invoice?
The invoice is included in your winner confirmation email.
